Workshops organised at IRMM bring together representatives of the control
laboratories in new Member States, Candidate and potential Candidate Countries
and the experts from the Member States and the European Commission.
The purpose of these workshops is to train the experts of the national
authorities in food and feed safety and quality matters related to EU
legislation in the field of food and animal feed analysis.
Topics cover a wide range of applications from proficiency testing and
measuring close to legal limits to sampling and mycotoxin analysis.
In addition to lectures, one-to-one discussions with experts and hands-on
laboratory training provide an efficient forum for sharing experiences.
Workshops are announced as events of IRMM.
